In the year 2697, the Overseer System has already undertaken the major power of decision-making, upholding stability and granting peace. Chun He carries on his father’s duties and takes the honorable title of prison officer. He’s always been a law-abiding person, and thus complies with the Overseer’s rules, determined to be an outstanding prison guard. But the problem is, Chun He is addicted to tobacco, and the prison prohibits smoking. And to make matters worse, there’s one prisoner who always has cigarettes……
